If there is pain in these lesions, you can apply anaesthetic ointments like dologel CT for temporary symptomatic relief only. There is no medication to heal these lesions and that healing can be expected naturally if you don't revert to the Habit again. 2 months is very short duration to assess the reversibility of the harmful effects of tobacco which have accumulated over the years, so please have patience and maintain a General Healthy lifestyle by taking nutritious diet and adequate hydration. Use of steroid based ointments like kenacort should be avoided because it will not treat the cause of this Pathology and will only resolve the inflammation locally. Although they do not have any role in the healing of such lesions, multivitamins and antioxidants can be taken for general Physical health otherwise. You can consult an oral pathologist for a better opinion regarding these lesions. Search for an oral pathologist in your vicinity using Practo. Regards.
