You had left sided parietal lobe stroke. Left arm weakness could be sign of may be another stroke that was left undetected on neuro imaging. If you repeat brain MRI then also add MRI of cervical spine.

Right or left hand?
It should be right hand and arm.
If it’s left hand then need to review you Mri and images.
Continue physiotherapy and BP control.
