Paralysis treatment
Dear Sir/ Madam, My uncle aged 55yrs is recently experiencing some numbness and hospitalized 4 days back. His brain MRI and MR angiography was done which quotes below in the IMPRESSIONS section:- MRI brain reveals1) Acute left gangliocapsular infarct. 2) Age related celebral atrophy with bifronto parietal  chronic changes MR angiography reveals : 1) Focal mild to moderate narrowing at left supracarvenous ICA  2) Focal moderate narrowing at lower third of basilar artery.  Doctor, can you please guide me what further should be done for that. And please let me know the severity of this.(I am really worried) Do we need to shift him to nurosurgon?   Thanks in advance. Thanks and Regards, Yogita
