Pap smear test review
Hello to all Respected Senior Gynaecologist, I am hereby providing a pap smear test of my mother aged 45 years weight 82kg height 5ft 4 inches. She has no Sugar, no Thyroid. She has only High BP. Pressure medication is on. 140/80 Her haemoglobin is at 11 even after heavy bleeding, she is taking Orofer XT tablet twice a day. She has been suffering from frequent menorrhagia, it stops and appears and last for 20-25days. She used to consume We got an appointment with a gynae she has suggested for pap smear test for proper evaluation. Report came today. But Doctor's phone is unreachable so I could not review for the time being. As a child, I'm very tensed. Request you to review.

Hello The report of PAP SMEAR is not s/o any malignancy. So that's fine May be the issue with ur mother is as she is in perimenopausal age, she is having irregular periods Also her weight is on higher side dear which could also cause this irregular periods

This Pap smear shows no cancer or precancerous changes. Don’t panic. You could get a pelvic USG, FSH to see reason for heavy menstrual flow.
