I m still a virgin boy...i start mastrbation at age of 14/15....i do masterbation 2/3 times per week since then
. Now the problem is the outer skin is not able to cover my panice's head....and head is always uncovered even when it is not in mood of sex.. Or normal situations.... Is this normal? i have never circumsisde
