Panic attacks
I'm pregnant, and terrified about birth. In our country you can't get medicine against pain you have to endure everything. I just can't get through all that. I have massive panic attacks and I always think about solution to my problem. I wake up in the middle of the night with thoughts off killing myself, like cutting myself or hanging. I don't want to hurt the baby I just don't want to feel. I even found myself investigating in which case child is going to survive despite death of mother.
