Panic attacks and chest pain. Helppppp.

Hi there, I am 38 years old , 76 kg with bp around 130 no sugar or other disease. I am having episodes of panic attacks since last six months , where I get some tingling and numbness with chest pain which goes in 1-2 days either on its own or I take naproxen. My good chlestrol is 25 and total is 152. I am thelesammia trait patient with spleenomalgy. I am when was 15 years old got epilepsy attacks and I took eption for 3 years. Now I am worried what could be wrong, I did ecgs two times , when stressed it show sinus tachycardia and when normal it comes normal. I consulted only phsciatrist two times they say its GAD and prescriped me Nexito 10 which i did not take. I want to stop mind chatters, and anticipation and fears of getting died or someone close to me would die and similary thkughts. Ayurvedic - I took Mentatand Serpina which makes me sleepy thats it but no control over anixety. Pls helppppp..
