You say you had all these last year. So what do you have now?
And what do you want to do about it now?
What are your symptoms now?
Is this report also of last year? I cannot see tge date clearly on the report. The photo has come a bit shaken and blurred.
I would suggest you to consult a general surgeon in person and get examined by him for further management.
