How to diagnose pancreatitis , what type of tests to be taken ?
I'm having blotted abdomen , pain in upper abdomen, can't bend down , excess of gas flow, my stomach is very tight while touching, pls let me know

Basically pancreatitis is a clinical diagnosis .
Abdomen pain starts in upper abdomen and spreads all over and to the back.
Lab investigations - serum amylase and lipase are helpful.
The symptoms which you are facing are more of dyspepsia probably due to ulcer .
On the contrary , Bending down relieves the pain in pancreatitis.

Hi with your history this looks like gastritis, how ever a physical examination is warranted.
You can take tablet PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 5 days.
