Pancreatic lesion
My USG report mentioned smooth wall hypo to anechoic lesion in pancrea head, but the mrcp didn't find anything in pancreas, but mentioned prominent periportal lymph nodes . While i have asymptomatic gallstones all other reports are normal. Doctor said everything was fine and the USG must have been wrong. Plz advice

MRCP will stand above ultrasound in this case. But gallstones left untreated will create complications, though its asymptomatic now
