PAN DSR side effects
In 2021, After recovery of COVID , I consulted a physician to gas issue, he prescribed PAN DSR , Acogut, Muccain Gel Syrup , after taking the medicine I felt severe joints pain all over body , mean time consulted to a rheumatologist a lots blood and radiological test carried out , but problem automatically resolve in 2024
I am afraid of taking PAN DSR , I observed after taking. these I feel very severe pain in knee , foot and legs
Pls suggest what medicine can I take in place of these

There are several other meds u can take but post viral or u feel pain in whole body or joints because after recovery viral infection may lead to joint inflammation.
