  4. Pan and nervousness. Is the problem?

My wife age is 30 years and yesterday My wife suddenly got pain in the left side chest and lower hip at mid night 2AM and her face was sweating.I have got her medicine now  she has not benefited so much.she said that I am not geting pain anywhere but now I am getting very nervousness.Please tell me what is the problem???
