Palpitation and pulse in sleep
Hello, Age 40. BP normal. Mild concentric LVH remark in 2D last year. Weight 90 kg. Height 5.7. BMI 31. TMT test normal. Blood reports are normal. During Sleep especially if attempted in afternoon and sometimes in night, following symptoms 1. Tightness in chest 2. Sudden wakeup with pounding heart and palpitations 3. Feeling of pulse till legs Then symptoms disappear after waking up. Above symptoms disturbing the sleep patterns. No issues while even walking for an  hour. 24 surya namaskars able to do.
