Palpiations
Since yesterday night I am feeling palpitations- my heart beating too hard against chest and weird heaviness in chest... my heart rate is perfectly normal- 70-90 but still feeling dizzy n unwell.. I had an ecg 20 days ago which was perfectly fine... my echo was also fine done 3 month ago.. Am I just overthinking about heart beat? I take metaprol xl 25 mg for fast heart rate but yesterday missed the dose... cud it be coz of that?

Are u taking metoprolol xl regularly , u have to consult directly to ur physician or cardiologist. if u not taking metoprolol , u took as urself without advice from any doctor then it's a mistake.
