What does it mean when my 3 months old baby palm and feet are cold and sweaty but body is warm(normal)?

It is 2 possibilities. It is either cold stress. That means baby is body is getting cold and body is adjusting to retain heat by above pattern. 2nd is baby is having fever. That also gives same picture. Both can be differentiated only by taking baby s temperature by a thermometer. When you doubt it, check temperature few times. You will understand difference between the 2
