Pain and numbness, along with swelling in both fhs ankle joints for the past 3-4 days. Pain makes it unable to walk and extreme lethargy in the body.

R u suffering from any comorbidity like diabetes or hypertension. From the history it’s seems like neurological pain. Can be a symptom of diabetic or hypertensive neuropathy. If there is any swelling also it may be due to renal origin.
