Both are equally good and equally effective, if your budget doesn’t allow painless vaccine go for the painful vaccine where pain can be easily relieved by giving paracetamol ,
Next Steps
If you can afford the luxury of painless vaccine go for it , it is effective, otherwise WHO, IAP and Government should have banned it !
Health Tips
Remember during your childhood you have received painful vaccine only. Pain is not that a big problem to discard the painful vaccine, still today majority of the baby in Govt hospital and private clinic receive painful vaccine.
