Painless single tooth gum swelling
M 25 yrs old female.suffering from painless swelling in my one tooth jz side of wisdom tooth which has not fully errupted yet.
Had pain 3-4 days back in my wisdom tooth.taken brofen n it gets subside bt that swelling still persist and my mandibular lymph node is also enlarged..

U have to get x-ray done. And as u say if it is not fully erupted, depending on position of tooth, dentist will decide whether to do any procedure or extract(remove) it.
