Paining right abdomen after TB med

Asked for Male, 25 Years

My doctor started my TB treatment with AKURIT-4 medicine and I have taken it by today itself in the morning before breakfast but after evening I am having mild upper right abdomen pain. As before started this diagnosis my doctor checked my LFT report which was normal, and my USG report said that my liver is mildly enlarged.so I need to do now.

You may be having drug induced gastritis some medicines may be added for Gastritis as tubercular medicines cannot be avoided and have very less alternatives
