Paining in the stomach

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi, I am taking all the medicine suggested by you on (Salveo tablet and Isapgol husk powder )acidity. It started paining in the stomach near right side of navel in the upper abdomen. Pain is bearable.slightly paining for 5-10 mnts in a day since last two month. Sonography reports are normal.please suggest.I am worried.

Hello.. Well along with the medications follow these measure too...Well ..you need to have food on time..do not wait till hunger pangs.maintain proper time. Divide your meal time to small proportions so that you dont over eat..secondly drink lots of water. ..atleast 8-10 glasses per day . thirdly.. You need to stroll for a min of 15 min after each meal...stress,tension,all these are also factors of acidity...avoid outside food,junk and oily food...better to have gone cooked food for few days.. thank you
