7 days previously i was suffred from mumps...after mumps symptom subside my testis are paining so much...sometime it was so bearable...

okay. Mumps can affect testes in 25% cases in men above 15 yrs. Its called ORCHITIS. pain and swelling can happen in one or both testicles. You may require painkillers.
