Hi doctor hope you are doing well. last 4 days ago one painful white patch appear inside my lips. please refer to the screenshot and let me know its serious

Looking at the picture , it seems to be an ulcer .
There are various causes of an ulcer , such as trauma, nutritional deficiency ,viral infection etc .

I'm doing good,hope ur doing great as well.
This is an oral ulcer.
It could be due to many reasons,vit def,if u bite ur lips,any trauma etc

*use Rexidin -M forte gel on ulcer half an hour before food (use 3-4 times a day)with clean finger tip
*Take vit -B complex tablet
*keep ur oral cavity clean (gargle after each meal)
