Painful toothache
I’ve been having excruciating tooth and gum pain on the right side of my mouth for almost a week . I don’t have any swelling or any obvious bumps on my gums but it’s so painful and the whole right side of my mouth , face, and neck are sore . I’ve been debating on if I should go to the ER but I’m afraid that they won’t be able to really do anything but give me Tylenol since I’m pregnant. Tylenol hasn’t helped at all and idk what to do right now . Currently don’t have any dental insurance

We can't do much in pregnancy so plz visiting a dentist would be only idea.U might be having a cavity that has extended beyond the living part of the tooth called pulp or nerve and it needs to be treated by RCT. Till then plain paracetamol or paracetamol+tramadol is the only allowed combination for u 2 times a day for 3 days after meals.along with an antibiotic (plain amoxicillin)500mg 2 times a day for 3 days after meals. Do the warm salt water gargle 4-5 times a day.
