Painful periods - pcod
I am getting cramps , mild spotting and lower back pain a week before my periods and periods are extremely painful since 2 cycles so I got an ultrasound done and it showed bulky right ovary with few peripherally lined follicles and mildly increased stromal echogenicity in bilateral ovaries. Right ovary measures 2x2.9x4cm with volume of 12.4cc & left ovary measures 1x2.1x3.1cm with volume of 3.8cc. I got this ultrasound done just 4-5 days before my period due date. Usg Report says - likely pcod but i am not really sure. Last year i also got diagnosed with endometriosis which was resolved after medicines. What could be the cause now?
