  3. Painful Periods. To worry about?

Painful Periods
I am 46 years old. Both mom and sister had uterine cancer. I recently had a gyno exam. Tests came back with endo cells present and disordered proliferative endo. I have heavy periods with cramping mostly all month. Do I have anything to worry about? WBC, RDW and Platelets are high. Thank you
