Painful mouth, can't swallow Siliva.

Had an ulcer on tonsil, now have painful lump in the side of mouth, it has been other two weeks and becoming more and more painful day by day .

Should be simple infection of the throat. But do show an ENT specialist as soon as possible. Meanwhile salt in lukewarm water gargle thrice a day will help.

It looks like tonsillitis you can start with antibiotic azithromycin 500mg once daily for five days and take tablet diclomol thrice a day for five days for pain and do warm saline gargles as well.
