Painful menstrual cramps everytime

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am 22 yr old and unmarried. I always suffer from painful menstrual cramps which involves dizziness, cold sweat and diarrhoea .before 2 years when i consulted the doctor regarding these symptoms ,the doctor prescribed me some medicines and ultrasound scanning. The report came out to b normal. The pain is uncontrollable and this time when ultra sound scanning was done ,PID was found .doctor gave me clingen forte and fas three tablets . Are those symptoms really a sign of PID?
