Hi I am 23 years old male, I am getting lumps on back of my head and they are very painful. And my body is getting warm at that moment and little bit of headache.but it goes away after 2-3 days automatically.is it related to cancer As it's keep getting around my neck as well

It’s unlikely to be a malignancy if it’s appear and disappear in few days . There are some specific sites - swelling in that areas could be lymph nodes . Lymph nodes along with your symptoms of fever feeling( warm feeling ) need to be evaluated further as it could be due to some infections as well as some cancer conditions . Would like to know your detailed history as well as the exact location of your swelling- better if you can come for online consultation .
