Painful Lump Under Armpit

Asked for Male, 32 Years

From November 2107 till date, I have experiencing cyst or armpit lumps. First it occurred in left underarm and 2nd and 3rd one in right arm. This second and third one I am experiencing right now. It is painful and I am not able to lift my hand properly.
