Painful Intercourse (pain on frenulum)

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I had unprotected sex 1st time recently. I couldn't penetrate as I felt pain on penis. I lost erection fearing the pain, lack of condom. Later I researched on the cause of the pain & read about tight skin/ frenulum. My pain was exactly at the frenulum. Pls advice, treatment suggestion to check my frenulum, and to test for STDs. I'm in Bangalore.
