Painful cramps
I am 30 and single. I have always had painful menstrual cramps that I have to take pain killers else I keep vomiting. Even now I get painful periods is there a need to check a doctor or is it normal? As I am aging and over 3., is there a need to get myself checked from a doc if any problem is developing. What all tests do you suggest

It's not normal to have painful periods, irregular periods  ( early or late), missing periods, spotting between periods, prolonged heavy flow, pains and cramps during cycle, PMS and mood changes before periods, PCOS, Fibroid, Endometriosis,  fertility issues, tiredness, hair fall,  sleep disturbances, weight issues etc. If it is happening to you,  it's a sign of underlying  hormone  imbalance  which needs further evaluation with blood investigations , scan etc.Good news is that all your problems  can be totally  reversed , not by masking the symptoms  with pills but by addressing  the underlying  cause of the problem and healing it from the ROOT cause which is not in your pelvis BTW. Hope it helps.....

If you hv dysmenorrhea or painful periods its definitely not normal..it could be due to fibroid , ovarian cysts , endometriosis etc. You ll hv to get an ultrasound pelvis done and accordingly consult a gynaecologist
