Painful boils with puss.

Asked for Female, 35 Years

2-3 boils appear around my virgina before 1 week of my periods. Some times the boils are very painful. It bleeds n puss comes. I have consulted my family doctor and an ayurvedic doctor, they said that its heat. I take the medicine. The puss breaks n it appears next month. Its been more that 6 months that it is continuing this way. Please advice
