  3. Pain wrist palm. From past 10 days.

Pain wrist palm
At the area where wrist joins palm lefthand center I have pain. When i sit on floor or get up I take support of left hand. Like palm on the ground some body weight it takes with two legs while sitting on floor and getting up. It pains. No accident or jerk. This started from past 10 days.

Hi, it just might be some kind of a strain . Is there a swelling ? Ganglion is a common cause. See if pain disappears in a few days. Get an orthopedic consultation if it persists
