Pain while Urinating

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hello Doctor, in the last 3months I have got fever n Urinary infection more than 5times and last doctors consulted asked to take Culture test. I have attached the same. Is it anything critical n can it be cured. I had stone and was removed by PCNL two years back. Attached the same.
