Pain while masturbation

Asked for Male, 28 Years

While doin a pee. I feel like drops of urine is stuck in the penis and when masturbating i feel pain in my testicles and in the lower stomach it feels like the stuck drops of urine is blocking my semen and for that reason i am losing an urge to masturbate or even to have sex. Please help.
