Pain while discharging urine

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My periods are almost over but since yesterday it's paining a lot while I discharging urine. It's unbearable. Urine is deep yellow. Got fever and bodyach also. Please suggest

Looks like u got a UTI. Increase intake of water and take tab urispas and syp citralka twice a day,for further advice on other medicines to be added u may get back to us.
