I am about 10 weeks pregnant. For the last 4 days, it has been hurting to pee. For the last 2 days, I have been spotting a light pinkish color. Now my right back side hurts. Is this a uterine infection?

Hello...... Low back pain is expected in pregnancy.. Uirnary tract infection presents with burning micturition, it's commonly seen in pregnancy... Urine sample testing is required for confirmation.... Drink lot of water... Consult gynaecologist in nearest hospital.....
