Paining while chewing can be due to infection or inflammation at the periodontium ie the surrounding structure of the tooth. Take:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5 days after meals Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals ☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg ☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water

1st- To avoid pain do not eat something hard to chew food. And consiously avoid eating from that particular side the tooth. 2nd- check if there is any swelling or any discharge present in that particular area of the tooth. 3rd- if you have any x-ray please forward it. 4th- if the pain is unbearable even after avoiding chewing from that side take medicine DiclofenacSP (o-o-o) Amoxicillin (o-o) Pentaparazol (o) early in the morning without eating anything.
