Pain under my left breast

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hello. I see , very occasionally, that I suddenly get a lot of pain under my left breast. Even today I felt it. It's was paining so much that I had to keep my hand on my breast to calm the pain down. I just wanted to know why I'm getting this? What to avoid etc. Thank you in advance.
