Pain under belly in pregenncy
Dear Doctors, My wife is 15 week pregnant. On Saturday, she was having slight pain (but very uncomfortable) under belly (sometimes on left, sometimes of right or sometimes at both sides). Especially on Saturday night, it kept on coming and going. It relaxed after sometime. Yesterday and today, it's very mild and keeps on coming and going (less than what happened on Saturday) When she feels such pain, she changed the position (if sleeping), then felt relief but again in a particular position, she feels pain. Kindly advice if this is something serious. Please note the pain is bearable but very uncomfortable.

Hi dear, Yes it can be serious at 15 weeks. This on and off pain should not be taken lightly. See if she has any urinary or bowel complaints. If no, then get ur wife examined. Also see when did u have ur last ultrasound to check baby's heart beat.
