Pain the the left hand

Asked for Male, 1 Years

Pain in the left arm of 13 month old boy , gave meftal p 1.5 hr ago , a little improvement but he is not sleeping , can we give combiflam now ? Think the child has some muscle pain or some other inner pain but no fracture
