Upper right 2 premolars show deep cavity. Lower right second molar also has deep cavity. Your lower right wisdom tooth is tilted which may be the cause for the cavity for the second molar. Consult a dentist for check up and need for root canal.

This X-ray image that is posted by you is an OPG. It is not enough for diagnosis of individual teeth although it shows that u have a problem with your premolars on the right side. But on the bright side u have a healthy bone structure.

Visit a dentist and get your self checked.
Health Tips
Please get your wisdom tooth checked as it will surely cause problems in the near future.

Individual x rays are required for precise diagnosis. Also clinical examination and individual teeth x rays would be more useful. Opg gives overlapping images. Visit dentist.

upper premolars seem to have problem , but this x ray is not enough for the detection of decay or demaged teeth . kindly get individual xrays of the teeth taken so that actual extent if the decay or demage can be evaluated. bridgewaydental.com
