  3. Pain right upper quadrant. There or not?

I’ve been getting intermittent sharp pain in my right side (every other day or so) and on deep palpation can feel a round plum sized something(!?) in my right upper quadrant. Is it normal to feel something there or not? It’s not painful on direct pressure. Thanks
