Pain on the sides of penis after sex

I get pain on the sides of the penis joint after sex. I said Penis joint meaning to say about the part where the penis starts from the bladder. Both left and right side of it pain and I get constant urge to pee. But if i try to pee...I won't get any...just a little after waiting for long while. This lasts for 15 to 20 mins and then reduces in pain...after 1 hour...And after I eat something...for example lunch after 30 mins...then the pain will be gone completely and I'm ready for another session of intercourse. The pain occurrence happens both wen I use tadalafil and when I didn't use tadalafil...I usually have intercourse once in a week I use tadalafil wen I have erection problems
