Pain on the rightside breast

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I'm a breastfeeding mom of 7 month old. Past two days I observe pain on the right side breast and milk flow also reduced. When baby suckle or I express it pains a lot around the areola and little above it. It also seems hard little. And reddish. Kindly advise
