Pain on the inside right wall of vagina

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My girlfriend has been prescribed krimson 35 after being diagnosed of a bulky right ovary. After she started consuming it, she is unable to have sex. When she is penetrated,she complains of a stabbing pain on the right wall inside her vagina making penetration impossible. She says it feels like a swilling maybe. Is it a side effect of the medicine or something more serious?
