Pain on the head of the Penis.

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am having this pain on the head of my Penis for the last 7 days. Sometime it gets severe and but often it is mild. I have never had any sexual intercourse till date. I am fairly aware of my daily hygiene. I once had this condition in Nov last year but got cured in 7-8 days with a small treatment at RML hospital. Please tell me what is wrong. I am 23 years old.
