Pain on testicle and legs

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Since one year I hav pain on my Left testicle and thighs..sometimes i can't tolerate. It is very painful.when I sit continuously i have more pain. My doc. (General Physician) he said for ultrasound the result was minimal hydrocele.. he gave some medicines And after one month again ultrasound was done but this time everything was normal. he again gave some medicines. But after few months pain started again. so what should i do. please help me. Now it goes to both testicles , droin and thighs. thnk u
