Pain in the back of the neck and radiating towards your shoulders and upper part of the back of the chest is usually due to the posture related problem and at the same time any associated cervical spondylitis to be ruled out.
Try to to sit properly and in a straight posture and at the same time keep your your laptop at the level of the face.
Try to contact me and I will explain you how to proceed further.
