PAIN ON OVERALL HEAD DUE TO COLD (AFTER

After 2days completing swimming , my son now become I'll. The symtom is very much pain all over head due to cold. Cuff comes from nose . All time water comes from eye. When I close then yellow color of something comes from eye. Now what can I do? Which medicine I give my child?
